Design & Style
Sylelune joins Handcrafted Wood Furniture collection as a handcrafted floating wine shelf built around an expansive, asymmetrical back panel. Its irregular perimeter rises into a broad crest on the left before narrowing toward the right, giving the wall-mounted composition a strong sense of direction. Two long horizontal ledges cross the panel at different heights, balancing its free-flowing outline with clean architectural lines.
The upper ledge extends beyond the back panel to create a generous display line, while the lower ledge anchors the arrangement and carries the visual weight across the wall. Open space around the right side of the panel keeps the silhouette from feeling enclosed and allows the darker wall behind it to become part of the composition.
Material & Craftsmanship
Sweeping wood grain moves across the back panel and both ledges, with darker figured areas framed by a lighter-toned outer edge. Knots, tonal shifts, and changing grain directions create distinct focal points across the broad surface. The undulating perimeter follows a live-edge profile, particularly along the raised left side and lower contour.
Handcrafted by Handcrafted Wood Furniture, Sylelune brings the broad panel, substantial ledges, and hanging glass rack together as one coordinated wall display. Each piece is made to order and can be custom-sized to suit its intended setting while retaining the defining asymmetrical layout.
Function & Features
- Two open ledges present wine bottles in an upright position.
- The lower ledge provides space for a decanter, glassware, or selected barware.
- An integrated underside rack suspends stemware beneath the lower shelf.
- Wall-mounted placement keeps the floor clear around serving and dining areas.
The open arrangement keeps bottles and glassware visible while separating standing and hanging storage.
Usage & Placement
Place Sylelune behind a home bar, above a sideboard, or on a dining-room feature wall where its wide profile has room to extend. It can also define a dedicated tasting corner without introducing a floor-standing cabinet.
Arrange upright bottles in small groups across the two ledges, leaving selected areas open to reveal the grain. A decanter or restrained ceramic accent can add variation on the lower shelf, while hanging stemware creates a lighter visual rhythm below. Pair the shelf with a low serving surface to establish a practical wine presentation zone.
